The mess at the North City Water Reclamation plant is an example of what happens when “green” meets reality.
Either a terrorist did a practice run on the plant or some local biochemical plant dumped something into the sewer that has killed all the bacteria used to process sewage in the city’s nascent “Toilet To Tap” scheme.
It is almost impossible to pump enough poison into a reservoir to do any real damage to a population. It is extremely easy to dump something into a “Toilet to Tap” sewer plant and take it out of service for months.
The local government and the media are keeping this embarrassment and threat to national security a secret.
